Is using Morphe safe for my Google account? expand_more

Yes, using Morphe is generally considered safe. The app uses the same signature verification as the official YouTube app via MicroG. However, using any modified application carries a theoretical risk. For complete peace of mind, we recommend using a secondary Google account for all third-party YouTube clients.

Can I download videos for offline viewing? expand_more

Currently, native video downloading is restricted by YouTube's terms of service. However, Morphe integrates with external download managers. Check the "Features" settings page within the app to configure an external downloader like NewPipe or Seal.

Does Morphe work on iOS? expand_more

Morphe is exclusively designed for the Android ecosystem. Due to the restrictive nature of iOS sideloading, we do not have plans to release an iOS version at this time. We recommend looking into uYou+ for iOS alternatives.

How do I update Morphe to the latest version? expand_more

Simply download the latest APK from our website and install it over your existing installation. Your settings and preferences will be preserved. You don't need to uninstall the old version first.

Why do I need MicroG? expand_more

MicroG is required because Morphe apps use a different package signature than the official YouTube apps. Without MicroG, you cannot sign in with your Google account to access subscriptions, playlists, and watch history.
